Zucchini Spaghetti

I'm hardly a cook (because if you knew of my rinky-dink Boston apartment kitchen, then you would know why), however I am making the BEST zucchini pasta with my brand new toy: the World Cuisine Vegetable Slicer (formally known as the Spirooli). For under 200 calories, you get a very filling dish!

Before: 65 cals worth of zucchini...

After: with sauce and parmesan cheese = 170 calories!

Your Mum told me about this fun tool. It is perfect for vegetables. I am going to try it and also tell my friend you has a bounty of zucchini in her garden

You'll love it Denise. You can use all kinds of squash (I found that the zucchini's texture was most similar to pasta), but I also like yellow squash mixed in. You can make coleslaw and potato curly-q fries--totally fun with a super easy clean up. I made a link to it on Amazon, if you click on 'World Cuisine' it will take you there. Just make sure you buy it from Amazon as a seller and not the others to get the free shipping :)
